    Rich Scalise (a relative of Steve Scalise?), the entire board, and all the executives at Hearthside should be trying to make bail right now. Using and abusing child labor is one of the worst crimes a company can commit. This company needs to be shut down as well.

    I ran a bread route for aprox 15 years and I am glad I am no longer in that field .....The work is very demanding on your time with the family and it's very taxing on your body. This job is not for the weak at heart , you work in all kinds of weather and time is your enemy .

      Its the highest paying job in my area by a mile. Im about to start my first week and ill be doubling my last wage. Sounds ok to me

    Might want to improve the quality before expanding your sales. Someone gave us one of your pecan pies and it was wet and flavorless. I suppose it tastes decadent compared to lime jello with carrots but in Louisiana they’d throw it out.

    I just switched over to Central Milling flour after I became suspicious that a well-known grocery store flour was cutting corners to meet demand during COVID. My oven spring was inconsistent and flavor was "off" -- much more acidic than my earlier sourdough loafs. I just made my first loaf with their Montana grain and WOW -- the texture of the crumb is silky and pillowy, the taste is deep and taste like wheat again, and the oven spring is back.

      These guys do it right! I'm assuming you're talking about King Arthur and yeah I've noticed the same. I've been baking with their Red Rose Artisan and I absolutely love it!
